  We had a big back patio installed with super gutters. However the down spouts and hole for drainage are too small. There are also screws that are pertruding in to the gutter area gathering leaves and debris causing back up during storms. We clean the gutters regularly as well as cut the opening as larger as we can to accommodate the larger gutter. I have asked for service multiple times over the last year to be promised someone would come. That a maintenance ticket was submitted for us. No call backs and no one has come. It was suggested by them that we need larger down spout installed. But still no one has done anything.

  The Backyard Creations crew was extremely professional and efficient from the sales pitch to the completion of the job. Even when we experienced changes to the plan, they were able to accommodate. We did have a leak after the completion of our patio and the team came out to resolve the problem on the same day. They stand by their product

  Backyard Creations did such an outstanding job installing our new screened lanai in our backyard. It is BEAUTIFUL!! Their install technicians are very talented, professional and friendly. They also were not the most expensive out of the three bids we received. Great bang for the $! I would highly recommend using them.

  I had a sunroom added onto the back of my home. Backyard Creations did a wonderful job! Jeff and his team are highly recommended. Jeff was always just a text or phone call away and always replied/answered in a timely manner. He went over and above with the service I received.

  Backyard Creations, did excellent, and professional work when they completed a fairly large project, building a sun room on the back of my home. I highly recommend them.
