  This was my first appointment. I was very impressed! The staff is very friendly and Dr Bates was great. He explained things regarding my back and neck issues that I’ve not had explained to me before. He’s very kind and personable. I believe he will help me reach my health goals.   Always the best!! From the front desk to getting my adjustments with Dr Johnson, I never feel rushed and my complaints are always addressed. When I leave I feel like a new person!!

  The chiropractor was attentive to my needs and gave me tips and exercises to help my neck. Most importantly, the front desk was understanding and courteous. All of my family will be going back!

  Great experience for first time visit. Called and scheduled was done for the next day and Dr. Bates did a thorough examination and adjustment. Front desk staff verified insurance and completed intake forms and helped with scheduling next visit. I've used others locally and will definitely be returning to Back to Health Family Chiropractic.
