  I’ve used Pat and Cheryl’s service for about a year now. You will not find more thorough, conscientious folks. The reports are sent the same day as the service and any concerns are indicated. The power went out in my home between services and once the power came back on, I couldn’t get a read of the temperature on my app. I was afraid the AC was down. One call to Pat and he was over there checking on it for me. They are the nicest folks and I trust them explicitly.

  Highly recommend Pat and Cheryl for their home watch services. Name (Babcock Peace of Mind) says it all. You can take a chance going it alone to save money, but you're taking chances doing so. For example there may be pest infestations that greet you when you return from a long off season (which Pat was able to alert me to and I called the exterminator), neighbor water leaks, etc. They are budget friendly, well worth the modest cost for getting that peace of mind!

  Peace of mind is what it's all about for us! Pat and Cheryl do such a nice job of looking after our home in Babcock Ranch while we are away. Their checklist for what they look for is comprehensive and their report is very detailed. They will also do other small favors if we ask them. They are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them for your home watch needs!

  Peace of Mind of mind is what this organization provides. Very thorough with comprehensive reports provided after every visit. Very responsive in their communications with you. From my initial meeting with them to our annual going forward renewal discussions, I know that they have a genuine interest in watching over my property. Very Highly recommend!

  Peace of Mind, an apt name for this company! I highly recommend using Pat and Cheryl to watch over your home when you are not there to do the job yourself.We have used other home watch services but no one was as thorough. We would definitely use them again. Don D.
