Made many phone calls , still non stop bills keep coming, asking for payments. please be aware before you get any services from them. Now they are starting billing you under Mountain Alarm Fire and Security.
- CFCraig F.Jul 2, 20221.0Do NOT hire BH Security. I was referred to them by a friend in Summit, NJ who has their residential home alarm services. However, they attempted to swindle me with extremely high prices and poor customer service and very long delays. I waited nearly two months and 8 estimates to receive a proper and final estimate after the first salesman was unable to do his job. We lost two months of time between him and another sales rep who took his place. The original salesman was new and made various mistakes in the process, estimates, disappeared for weeks without hearing back and didn't deliver. Because this was a referral, I called the supervisor and asked for a replacement service person who came by quickly to resolve the issues. The next woman sales rep increased all of the prices and didn't include what I spoke about with the original salesman causing great frustration for our family. We are VERY disappointed and don't know how anyone can afford their insanely high prices, $55/hr for basic alarm monitoring package and $165/hr maintenance rates. Wasting people's time and swindling families is not acceptable. We suggest you run away from BH Security alarm company. For more info contact me for details.
