  We had our furnace and two gas fire places serviced by Troy October 16th. Troy was accompanied by a young man that was a co-op student. We were so impressed by Troy, not only for the work he did, but his patience explaining and showing the student and also having him get involved in the inspections and what to look for. Good job Troy.

  Great experience with BR. Nancy answered the phone and scheduled the service within a reasonable a time. Cody came out on time, was super friendly, professional, thorough, and fixed some issues we weren't even thinking of. Highly recommended!

  Have worked with the B.R plumbing team on many projects in Tillsonburg, Woodstock and Ingersoll always great service and quick to react, Highly recommended as the team has all the tools needed to do any job you do not have to out source or wait for other company's for hydro flush or Camera work etc. these guys are the best in the area.

  Called because we had frozen pipes. Dispatched person, came to my house. Took my word for it that it was frozen, said didn't bring anything to help or check. Left and then never heard from them again. Months and months pass, get calls about an invoice that I never received. Oh look they had the wrong email address. They updated and sent the invoice again but saying they would send to collections (because they didnt send my invoice or follow up for 7 months). Paid promptly the second i got the invoice, although service was below sub par. Thank you but won't be using again, found a better company who actually triaged the issue and resolved it on the spot the day after your visit.
