She understands me and my hair and really listens to me and helps me understand how to take care of it despite some mobility issues. She just had her baby the day before an event I was going to so Emily looked at my inspo photos and helped me recreate the look. It was my first time meeting her but she was also very communicative and was willing to re pin my bangs when I asked her to let them been more swoopy(?). She took her time and made sure I was comfortable in her chair but also that my hair was comfortable, manageable and wouldnt fall down while I danced at a wedding. Occasionally I also go to trinity who does nails. And those times I have really loved the results. I like to change my polish so often it just doesn't make sense to go to a pro all the time but for special occasions, shes my go to.

What is your cancellation policy?
We maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you reschedule, cancel, or fail to show up for your appointment within this timeframe, you will be charged 50% of your service price. As an appointment-based salon spa, our service providers depend on timely cancellations to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
Are deposits required for any services?
For select services, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. This requirement will be clearly indicated during the online booking process or communicated by our front desk staff when you call to schedule an appointment.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including cash, check, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. Please note that we require a credit card to be on file for all appointments. Additionally, a 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions.
What happens if I am running late?
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, you will be charged the 50% late cancellation fee.
