On a Sunday night our kitchen sink decided not to drain anymore. We called B&L Plumbing. They were at our house the next day and fixed it without a hiccup. Thank you for being so prompt and taking care of our problem. We would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Kevin from B&L did a fantastic job of cleaning out a clogged line that our kitchen sink and utility room drain fed into. He was very professional and had the issue sorted within an hour of arrival. I am giving 4 stars due to the price of the service, it was around $400 with the call out fee and rate before any discounts, which seems pretty steep for a non-emergency clean out of a drain. The dispatcher didn't estimate how much they charge for this kind of service when I asked if it would be in the $100-200 range. They would only confirm the call out fee. There were minimal diagnostics needed and there was an easy to use clean-out point for the line located in the same utility room, less than 5 feet from the clogged drain. We explained the issue, the cause, and pointed out the cleanout point, making it as simple as possible of a job and it still cost far more than we anticipated for a non-emergency call out. Great service, and professional employees, but expensive.

We needed a new water heater ASAP and they were able to get out to us the next day. Rick was a great technician who was very courteous and timely during the installation.

Rick did a great job and was nice enough to explain it all while he worked. Chelsea was along and was a great addition being nice enough to listen to all my stories.
