They pride themselves in providing great customer service, and they should! The crew showed up on time, was organized, and SMILING! Everyone was polite and friendly, VERY respectful of our property, and did not waste any time getting started. The price was GREAT, they offer a warranty on labor, and replaced the damaged wood under the old roof. They did not leave ONE nail or SCRAP of materials behind. Amazing!! Can not say enough about this company, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Mr. Frey came by, checked my roof for me, at no charge, and told me that the roof was in good shape. He could have put a new roof on, and took my money because I didn't know any differently. Great businessman!
- JWJessica WomackMar 30, 20175.0We had the pleasure of working with B&D Roofing Solutions on a complete re-roof and soffit repair on our over 100-year-old home in March 2017. We found all of our interactions with B&D's team to be pleasant, professional, prompt, and indicative of a high level of expertise. B&D sent an estimator out the same day we called, and work commenced within a week. Our roof looks great, our gutters were properly rehung with more adequate downspouts, and at no time did we feel like folks were trying to "upsell us"-- in fact, we found many times that things were done to save us money. The estimate we received was less than other comparably well-experienced and high-quality roofers in our market, and a HUGE shout out goes to Mr. Sean Smith, who not only did our estimate, but coordinated all aspects of our work, including coming out to the site each day to help the team and ensure the work was done properly. Sean is also just super nice (as were all the crew, office staff, and Donna-the "D" of "B&D"), and Sean is the kind of guy who knows his stuff, has exacting standards, but also is someone you'd want to have a beer with-- very friendly, personable, and down to earth. We have full confidence that we have a new roof that not only looks great but which will serve us well for many years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend B&D to anyone in the Triad area or beyond that is in need of any kind of roof work. Thanks again B&D-- and give Sean a raise! :)
- LHL HNov 11, 20155.0Fantastic, knowledgable service. Came out same day to diagnose a leak and give an estimate for repairs. Repairs were done the next day. They caught and corrected problems that previous roofing companies had left. I could tell they are committed to going the extra miles for their customers. I'd definitely recommend and use them again
