  I love My pool guys. They are so trust worthy, professional and are always willing to take the time to go over things with me. the office staff is wonderful too.

  B&B Pools has always delivered great service. This company is one that I have referred to several of my customers as reliable, professional, and knowledgeable about their trade. Will continue to refer when asked who a GOOD company is to service their Pools.

  I had my pool put in many years ago, and for the sake of those dealing with them now, I hope that their methods and practices have changed over the years. I was putting in a spa attached to my pool. From the onset, before the first shovel of dirt, I stressed that I wanted to be able to turn the pool on and off, while in the spa. I did not want to have to get out and flip a switch. No Problem! At every stage I would see, now you are sure that I will be able to control things from the Spa. Absolutely!! I was told. End result, I have a button attached to a small piece of pipe that leads to NOWHERE! The pool lights never worked after a month or two. Told them over and over. Had outside people look at them. Presently I am having my pool refinished. When i asked if the present contractors could repair the lights they told me they would not go near them. They were installed totally out of code. I would have to dig up my whole line and lay proper lines to get them to work. Those dealing with B & B, I wish you better luck than what I had.
