  Moved to orlando to start a new job. Didn’t have much time to look for an apartment but landed on this one due to the location. Big mistake. Hallways were dirty, ceilings and walls are paper thin. You can hear every step and toilet flush of your upstairs neighbor. I brought it up to the leasing office who said they would speak to my upstairs neighbor but it’s honestly not their fault when I can hear a toilet flush. Their solution was to move me to the third floor but I was so off put by the whole experience I paid to break my lease which was two months rent. Lived there for 2 weeks and it was miserable. Also somehow lost some of my security deposit even though I barely lived there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I stayed at Majestic at Baldwin Park for a year and that was so much better. These apartments are way overpriced for what you get. Front desk and leasing agents were fine but I wouldn’t say they put much effort into rectifying the situation at all.

  very bad place no parking ever if you park in parking lot others beat your car up very bad noisey neighbors all hours of the night you can call police there security company complain to management nobody cares like other talk about trash sevice a bad joke i say stay far away from here
