The apartments are well-maintained, and the neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. The maintenance staff is thorough and consistently resolves issues promptly, while the neighbors are invariably courteous and respectful.

  This community stands out for its peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. Ms. Moore and staff is professional and helpful, and it's clear they care about keeping the property in good shape. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Neighbors are generally respectful, and the community feels safe and family-friendly. Whether you're new to the area or just looking for a more comfortable place to call home, this is definitely a place worth considering.

  I can’t say enough great things about my leasing agent, Erica M., the property manager, Melissa Wright, and the maintenance technician, Travis. From the very beginning, they have all gone above and beyond to make my living experience here exceptional. Erica is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares. She even took the time to educate me about the local wildlife, which made me feel more informed and connected to the environment. Melissa Wright has been just as amazing — always responsive, supportive, and proactive when it comes to any concerns or questions. And I have to give a special shoutout to Travis from maintenance. Every time I’ve had an issue, he’s come out within an hour of me reporting it. That kind of fast, reliable service is rare and so appreciated. This team truly sets the standard for what excellent property management should look like. I feel supported, safe, and well taken care of — thank you all!

  I am relocating to west palm beach and tried calling 5 times on two different lines to talk to an agent about a unit and was told everything was done online in a dismissive manner. My first call through was picked up and hung up with no greeting to make the call stop ringing, then not answered 3 more times right after. I will not be coming in to tour the property, first impression was very sorry. I had to route myself through as a “resident with a maintenance issue” to get someone on the line. Then got dismissed.

  Erica was amazing when showing me the beautiful properties. She was super knowledgeable about each unit and answered all my questions with ease. What made the experience even better was her hilarious personality, she had me laughing the whole time! Touring apartments can sometimes feel overwhelming, but with Erica, it felt more like hanging out with a friend who just happens to be a leasing expert. She made the whole process fun, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
