- BRBethany Roderer2 days ago5.0Ayoub N&H refinished the hardwood floors in my 3 bedroom Colonial in Silver Spring and did a great job. Surgical strike: in, out, done in 4 days. The floors are beautiful. Pain-free process estimate and 12 month finance via Wells Fargo and what I think is a very reasonable cost to begin with so I am pretty happy.
- JJJacqui5 days ago1.0I contacted Ayoub to address a pet urine stain on the edge of my rug; I would have been better off flipping the rug around and hiding the affected edge with my sofa. My rug was returned in worse condition than I sent it and Ayoub refused to acknowledge that my rug looked worse and to refund the $461 I was charged BEFORE I got my rug back. Ayoub invoked its cautionary language that it can’t guarantee that stains will be removed but it failed to warn me that it might return my rug with new stains. The customer service and workmanship of this company are horrible!

For the oldest one (it's quite old), a lot of the stitches came apart when it was washed, and they very nicely offered to repair it at no cost and did a great job. Good company I'd definitely use again! Thanks!

My 8 area rugs were picked up at my home at the assigned time and delivered nicely wrapped in paper the day I requested- that is, a day before movers were coming to transport furniture and other belongings to another state. The service was always polite and thoughtful and easy to get in touch with.

They also came exactly at the start of the time window they provided and have an online tracker that shows you the location of the service truck when it is en route, plus e-mail / text reminders. Overall, a great experience.
