    I have been trying to get an estimate for a week now on a large job in New Castle. Mr Ayala was on site last Tuesday to give an Estimate after changing the Appointment for a later time. I have called several times and left messages for someone to contact me with the details. NO ONE RETURNS ANY CALLS!!!! The website indicates that the Office is open but Calls go straight to messages??? This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR WHO DOES NOT CORRESPOND AT ALL!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ACCORDINGLY!!!

    Ayala Painting Company painted the exterior of our home June of 2025. Paco the crew leader and two team members Noe& Juan did such an amazing job from the pressure washing to the final finishing touches of the house. Couldn't have been A better experience From start to finish. From a prompt start time to courtesy and respectfulness from the GetGo. And I can say cleaning up at the end of the day means cleaning up no debris or trash left anywhere ladders all stacked neatly away. Adrian was the third estimate to be given on this job and was accepted immediately could not ask for a more professional and responsible company. The siding, soffits, downspouts and gutters & window trim where all freshly painted with two solid coats of paint,along with front door of house.Ayala was highly recommended by family and friends. Would definitely use them again for any painting project.Higly recommended!!!
