  Nos cobraron mal los productos y no nos devolvieron el dinero de una prenda que cambiamos por otra. No nos daban ticket, aunque finalmente lo hicieron y nos dijeron que en 5 dias lo ingresarian. No fue así. Fatal para una firma de este nombre.

  THE AC WAS NOT WORKING. The shopping experience itself was fantastic—great selection, top tier staff, and overall a well-organized store. For such a large and well-established company, it’s surprising (and disappointing) that the store doesn’t have a functioning AC system, especially on a 90-degree day. Relying on a few fans to cool the space just isn’t acceptable. Customers spend a lot of money here, and a comfortable shopping environment should be a basic standard. I hope this gets addressed soon.

  This store is by far my favorite AX change on the planet and believe me when I say I’ve had the opportunity to travel all over the world. Diana and Carmen are the BEST!!! Love U Guys!!!

  I’ve shopped here multiple times and today’s experience was the worst. The lady was very inpatient and rude, and asked the other staff to help us since she didn’t want to. She definitely needs some training. What a shame
