GreenJun 20, 20251.0On a recent visit to Armani Exchange, my family (my partner, son, and small daughter in a stroller) and I were subjected to what felt like racial profiling by a Hispanic male employee. From the moment we entered, he shadowed us throughout the store. This behavior escalated when he asked if we needed him to hold items we were considering, and he continued to follow us directly to the register. It was only the white store manager who treated us with dignity, unlike the employee who clearly suspected us of theft. Despite making a significant purchase of $419, the entire encounter was profoundly demeaning and unacceptable.
