  I had an amazing experience at the Armani Exchange store today while picking up a sweatshirt for my husband. Sima greeted me with a warm smile, helped me find exactly what I needed, and even noticed I was feeling a bit down. When I asked if I could have some water, she quickly went to the back and brought me a cup, which truly brightened my day. Her patience, product knowledge, and genuine kindness turned a simple shopping trip into something special. Armani Exchange is lucky to have Sima, and I will definitely return because of her excellent service.

  I bought a purse a few months ago from AX Armani Exchange in Square One, the leather is already peeling off at the two outer corners. I do not even use this purse everyday, within the time I bought it, used the purse about x5. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I contacted the store, but they refused to help or offer any solution. I’m very disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received at the store.. I won’t be shopping there again. Unhappy customer :(

  Staff are friendly. Marilyn and Daniaal both help me find t-shirt size and cash me out. The store is very nice after renovation.

  I had a horrible experience with Armani Exchange. Not only did they fail to give me an original receipt, but when I asked for a copy, the staff rudely told me, “We are not here to print your receipts again.” That’s completely unacceptable for any brand, let alone one like Armani. To make things worse, they refused to process a return, and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they acted like they were doing me a favor by even listening. Their store policies are confusing and make absolutely no sense. There is zero accountability or customer respect. This is NOT the level of service anyone should expect from a premium brand. I will never shop at Armani Exchange again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
