  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Zanab. From the moment I walked into the store, she was attentive, approachable, and professional. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. Her product knowledge is impressive, and she has a natural ability to style pieces together, which made shopping feel effortless.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Armani Exchange thanks to the manager, Vicky. She’s honestly amazing, super friendly, welcoming, and really knows her stuff. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole shopping trip so easy. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and wants them to leave happy. She has such a good eye for style and gave me the best recommendations. It’s rare to meet a manager who’s that patient and genuine. Vicky definitely made my visit memorable she’s the reason I’ll be coming back!

  Outstanding customer service! Came in to check out their selection. And got the best experience, ended up walking out with a new outfit and a watch! Would definitely come back again!

  I recently visited this store during my trip and was disappointed and shocked. In all my life experience, I have never seen such disrespect for customers that the unpacking of goods took place right in the sales area. That is, right there in front of the customer, boxes, plastic bags, paper garbage. These unfortunate sellers stop opening the goods and rush to consult the client, the goods remain lying abandoned on a pile. And the quality of the goods leaves much to be desired, especially for such a price it is not worth it. Also, I saw more than one unit in a dirty state. This company is slowly dying

  Great service from employees, Fast efficient service, I’m busy times this store can be pretty “picked over” so to speak, but are normally quite good with keeping the place stocked.
