  Hey I came in today and had Thomas and Santi assist me and I had a great time! I found the perfect hybrid between clutch n small purse, and absolutely 💯 just what I needed. The place was so clean and amazing new items, the main take away was I loved the exceptional service and loved the fits that staff were wearing, will definitely come in again, great experience ✨

  Absolutely the worst shopping experience I have ever had with a so-called “luxury” brand. I purchased a shirt from Armani Exchange, and within 2–3 days, I went back to return or replace it. The shirt was only tried on in-store to check size and fitting it was never worn outside. The packaging was still sealed and untouched. However, the staff flat-out refused to accept the return, claiming there was a “sweat stain” on the shirt an absurd and false accusation. I explained the situation, but they simply said they “don’t know anything” and refused to help.To make it worse, their behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and shockingly discriminatory toward me as an Indian customer. The female staff member with boy hair cut present showed zero respect, and their attitude was completely unacceptable for any store, let alone one selling itself as a premium brand. I am utterly disappointed that Armani Exchange tolerates this kind of service and prejudice. I will be taking this matter forward legally because this is not just bad service this is unethical, discriminatory, and damaging to the brand’s reputation.

  Customer service= outrageous, didnt even refund kept insisting i buy a higher or equal value item wasted my money shaking my head in dissatisfaction
