We were at Awful Arthur’s the night before but this store closed before our dining experience ended. Stopped by the next day and my husband bought a couple shirts. Nice selection!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this shop. While visiting, woman at the register was blatantly rude to my veteran husband and his service dog. We stopped by for some ice and a drink with service dog close to my side. Not only was her tone disrespectful, but she also made inappropriate comments and seemed unwilling to accommodate or even acknowledge the rights and needs of a service animal and its handler. This kind of behavior is unacceptable anywhere, especially toward someone who has served our country and relies on a trained animal for assistance. Respect, courtesy, and basic understanding of the law regarding service dogs should be the minimum standard for any customer-facing staff.
