  Had conversations and he would say he was coming in the afternoon and never showed nor called!! Very frustrating!!

  If the way the two in the van conduct themselves in public is the same way they conduct their business...stay away. Rude and unaware of their rudeness.

  My review is purely related to service and cannot verify the quality of work as he never came and did anything. I called 2+ weeks ago on a Monday and we scheduled a cleaning for Wednesday. This appointment was cancelled because it was too cold and reschedule for Thursday (next day). This appointment was also cancelled 30 minutes prior to again due to weather. We agreed the weather was tricky so he would come do it weather permitting and he "had the address." 9 days went by with some good weather days and when I called to confirm it was done he had no idea what house I was talking about. When he finally remembered he said they didn't do it and there were a bunch of houses ahead of me, which shocked me as I had called 2 weeks earlier. I said I would have someone else do it. He called me back to say he "just remembered" he could come tomorrow and when I said ok but it was his last chance he told me he "didn't like my attitude" and cancelled again! Unbelievable how bad the service was and I was trying very hard to give them business. Wouldn't recommend dealing with them.
