We live way out east in Ramah, Had our hot water heater burst from inside out and some pipes burst under the house. We connected our insurance on Sept 3. On Sept. 4 th I was looking for a plumber that would come out east. I called awesome home service and the nice professional young lady took my call. She got us on the schedule and was sending Clay out for an estimate. We had surv pro out the day before who only took pictures. This guy snapped a couple pictures and took a few measurements. ( big joke) Clay came out and looked at hot water heater and the damage in the house. He went under the house to evaluate the damage, came back up and to my wife this can’t wait. He made a call on our be half and executivepro dry was at our house getting the ball rolling. Clay has been with us explaining what has happened and what needs to happen. He got us everything we needed to send to insurance. ( as of this post insurance still dragging) Today we got hooked up, Clay made sure water heater and pipes were good. Clay is the type of person I want taken care of my family’s needs, he is professional and the perfect picture of customer service!! Clay’s apprentice wise excellent the day he came out. Today Oct 4 th, forgive me, forgot the name. But the gentleman helping Clay today was excellent.

I’m so glad that Clayton and Kenny were to help with our hot water heater and other issues. We first called awesome home services for a hot water heater that had gone bad, Clayton recommended a second opinion service for water mitigation. The first company didn’t do the job they were supposed to do . Clayton and his crew called every time they were on their way out to our rural home. I’m glad you have people in your company who cares. They took the time to explain what was going on. What they would be fixing. Again thank you Clayton and Kenny

Purchased a new HVAC system. Joseph Friel was extremely knowledgeable and spent all the time I needed to explain the system I required. After thoroughly measuring all vents and returns to determine sizes and capacity requirements and explaining my options, it made my choice easy. Pricing was very competitive but the time spent with me ultimately determined my choice to use Awesome Home Services. Very professional. Tony Lovato and Jose D. installed the HVAC System which also included a number of modifications to the duct work. They spent 2 full days doing the install and making sure any leaks in the ducting were sealed. They found several areas needing serious repair and went over and above doing the work. They really show that they care about the quality of their work. Thank you Tony and Jose.

We hired Awesome to help fix a broken pipe in our back yard. We had no water in our kitchen while we waited for someone to come out. We were interested in them based off of their great reviews, but I did not find our experience as positive as others. While everyone we spoke to and worked with was nice, and they technically did what we needed them to do, our experience was overall confusing and frustrating, and left us with more things in need of repair. I wouldn't feel comfortable hiring them again. First off was the confusing communication. We were constantly having to contact the workers to come work on the yard, and had no idea of their timeline because it was constantly changing. I understand that contracted workers have multiple jobs going on at once, but it felt like there were so many jobs they didn't have time for us. No one explained the timeline or what we could expect. They almost didn't finish the job, and about a week went by with us contacting them multiple times that we were finally able to get them to come back. That was when things got broken. Aside from the expected amount of digging, there was extensive additional damage to our property. They broke all of our flagstones and destroyed our sprinkler system, and they are not going to cover the cost. The damage to the grass was expected, as was the damage where the digger had to go. I didn't see the paperwork, but there was apparently some disclaimer that said they wouldn't cover the cost to repair anything, which feels like it gives them license to be reckless with their work. I don't know, it didn't sit right with me. Finally, it took repeatedly contacting them to try and get our insurance forms filled out (edit: the job was over $8500). And the work isn't going to be covered by our insurance because it wasn't a main water pipe. That isn't necessarily Awesome's fault, but it adds another layer of frustration to this entire ordeal. We now have to pay the cost of the work they did plus the cost to replace our sprinkler system and broken flagstones.

From start to finish Awsome Home Services lived up to its name. Arber came and evaluated our AC issue on a Saturday, a service other companies did not offer. He then showed me the problem and provided options, lower cost repair and then the higher cost replacement option providing if this then that insights to both options. He was very professional and knowledgable..never hard selling either option. Once we made the decision to replace our old AC, the scheduling team set up the install very quickly and the following Thursday they arrived on time and ready to replace our entire AC system. Tony K., Robert K., , and Ben K. we're the installing crew. They were extremely friendly and professional. Each person had a job, and I could tell that they worked together as a team very well. While Robert and Ben worked to put in the new compressor outside, Tony removed and worked to replace the new heat exchanger inside. Together they replaced and essentially upgrade our entire system and integrate it with our gas furnace in a matter of hours. They laid down carpet covering plastic and always wore shoe covering when entering or going outside. .. Great crew and Great company...My wife and I could not be happier! Awsome Job!
