Lisa McGowan was destined to be a meeting planner.
Her father, Damian Mogilka, was one of the founding members of Meeting Planners International (MPI), now more than 21,000 members strong. With her father’s zest for life and attention to detail, he inspired Lisa to follow in his footsteps.
Lisa travels and consults with clients all over the world, producing exotic travel incentives, theme parties, and world-wide sales meetings. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project at hand, Lisa partners with her network of experienced independent meeting planners to assist with a variety of tasks in the planning phases as well as on-site execution of meetings and events.
Lisa is fluent in Spanish and has acquired a wealth of experience in group travel to Latin American countries.

After assessing the space I had chosen, Lisa made suggestions that never would have occurred to me, including rental furniture, special lighting, and other unique elements that definitely turned the party into something super-special. Add that to the usual--music, food, etc.--and there was a lot to do. Yet it all felt effortless for me. Lisa also knows budgets and was able to work through some questions I had for the caterer, and keep prices within our budget, because of her broad knowledge as well as her negotiating skills. And the party was perrrrrrfect. What a great time! Also important to note that Lisa is so pleasant and easy to work with. Highest recommendation.
