Love that he paid close attention to detail and made sure the machine was operating properly before leaving, he was even able to find another issue and fix it right there and then! He cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess, and the machine has been working great since. Really appreciate Taj at AVS for sending someone who was so committed!
- AJA JOct 1, 20255.0Over 25 years in Vending and AVS formally HA Franz has always exceeded my expectations. They have the best technicians in my opinion. they are well trained. They do not take shortcut , also thoroughly. Check the machine after their repairs to make sure everything is working. Charles did an exceptional job today on my Bev Max 4 and this week got my AMS refrigerated Food Machine up and running in less than 48 hours. He kept a great line of communication going ,arrived on time and was very professional. I would highly recommend using AVS not only for your Vending repairs but also the equipment they sell is the best of the best I’ve bought over 60 machines from them many of them today are still working today. I know four or five of the employees and I’ve had great communication with all of them over the years. I’ve tried other small Vending repair companies and without fail they are not prepared with parts. Typically they’re not on time and sometimes they call and reschedule when you’re waiting at the account for over an hour. There’s only one choice in the Vending business if you want to take care of your business and succeed … when you need support contact AVS when you need exceptional equipment contact AVS.
