  Been here for a little over 2 months now, I love living here! Chris the leasing agent is super helpful and responsive. My neighbors are absolutely amazing it's almost like we made a little community family. The maintenance so far has been very response, they are all wonderfully nice! I have yet to meet anyone else from the office yet. I have had no issues this far, although management recently made me aware of an issue they brought to me attention, we will see how management deals with it? I believe management is there for your help, assistance, and management with your lease. So I'm hoping this will be placed behind us so I continue to enjoy my lease, neighbors, and community!   Avilla Grand is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, you can nearly hear anything from outside while inside. You have your own little court yard backyard. The rooms are smartphone. It has a dog park within the community, along with a pool and hot tub. My wife and I moved in almost 5 months ago and already talking about extending our lease.

  After living here for 2 years, the staff has changed. The spa never has worked but paid for it. Then they are over changing for the conn service, but they can't seem to get their billing right. Saying that we are 2 to 3 months behind because of their mistakes, which is not true, they are over billing us. I knew this place was a scam. They blame it on computer systems. Thank goodness I am leaving at the end of the lease. Then, for a smoke-free place, there is a lot of smoking 🚬, and pot smoking is going on. It used to be quiet but not anymore, the people driving with music so loud it rattles the windows at 2am. One must be careful crossing the road as people living here drive faster than the limit, especially around the corner, I have seen kids almost get hit by cars in this gated community.
