  Shiloh White helped me out today getting new insurance cards. Even emailed me a copy so i could use at the moment! She was super nice and considerate! No hold time or anything :)) great experience!

  Horrible they will deny claims that are valid and make you fight them for payment. Don’t use Avera health plans if you have a choice!!

  After increasing premiums to a rate I can't afford, I have been trying to cancel the policy for 6 weeks and still are getting a run around from them. I am ready to close my checking account to avoid having Avera take any more money from me.
