  I looked at 4 different complexes, this was my last. AWESOME place to live, fantastic amenities and the staff here is like no other. Check out Avenues apartments, tell them Dennis referred you!!! You will not regret it.

  I just moved in into a one bedroom and could not be happier with all that this rental offers. Love the long private garage - I drive Tacoma, which fits in very nicely. Love the security system - you can arm while in and while out. One bedroom feels quite spacious. Minutes away from HEB. My balcony faces the cutest court yard with an actual garden that other tenants planted and tend to with much love. My overall experience with leasing office was top notch. Aubrey went out of her way to show me around and answer of all of my questions. I asked her to keep me aware of any new options that might come up while I am making my decision and she did! Thanks to her I have exactly what I wanted. Once I signed the lease and called to ask about my next steps, Sean answered every question I had with lots of patience for many questions that I had. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised to find the cutest welcome gift inside my apartment - a cabby with lots of cleaning supplies wrapped in cutest gift tissue :) So I feel all of this calls for a five star review and me writing a review on a moving day regardless of being totally exhausted...

  Aubrie has been an amazing help since before we signed our lease. The place is exactly how its online..nothing is placed for show. Love it here and will enjoy 😉 it to the fullest. Thank you Avenues!

  Let me 1st say I have not lived in an apartment in over 20years. I have been a homeowner for many years and decided to rent after certain circumstances. Avenues at Tuscan Lakes has been beyond great service for me and my kids. I have been here less than 6 months and am very pleased with quick responses to maintenance. This place gives you a true resort feeling. We love the pool and how clean it always is. The gym and game room are very nice and relaxing environment. This place has made my renting experience more than what I could uave imagined for me and my kids. Sarah is a great property manager and Sean has been very helpful as well. If you are looking for luxury and top of the line service look no further you will not be disappointed! Thank you for making me and my kids feel right at home!
