  Beautiful apartments and facility, staff that truly care about their customers and community, and one of the best locations you can be in Houston with access to highways, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, Memorial City Mall and City Centre. Highly recommend considering this property, you will not be disappointed!

  The customer service here is excellent! Iyanla truly goes above and beyond to connect with clients and make the process seamless. The complex is beautiful with great amenities, spacious open floor plans, and lots of natural light. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community!

  My sister and I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it! The office staff were always friendly and quick to help with anything, and maintenance requests were handled fast. The community events were a blast, the neighbors were great, and the pools and amenities made it feel like a resort. Highly recommend!

  I’ve had such an amazing experience working with Iyanla Santana at Avasa Spring Branch Apartments! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Iyanla truly goes above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free — whether it’s answering questions quickly, giving honest information, or helping with any move-in details. Her friendly personality and genuine care for residents really stand out. You can tell she takes pride in making sure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience — Iyanla made everything simple, clear, and pleasant from start to finish. If you’re thinking about moving to Avasa Spring Branch, definitely ask for Iyanla. She’s the best!
