Anthony and Courtney went over the top for me when they did not need to. They came in on a weekend when they were OFF to help me unlock my storage battery that was dead. This place is the real deal when it comes to tenant service!

We lived at Avasa Hammock Landing for one year in one of their three-bedroom units, and overall, our experience was very positive. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities and grounds were also in great condition, and the location was convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting. That said, there was one ongoing issue during our time there that unfortunately was never resolved. Despite multiple residents, including myself, reporting it to the property office, some dog owners consistently failed to pick up after their pets. Dog waste was regularly left around the property, which detracted from the otherwise clean and welcoming environment. It’s a great place to live overall—just hoping management will take a more proactive approach to enforcing pet cleanup policies.

I loved in this complex for 2 years, and it's a very nice luxury apartment with amazing amenities and nice staff. They do however have issues that did cause me to move out unfortunately, though I did enjoy my stay here. First and foremost there is a very big silverfish infestation and no matter how many times you have post control come out they are EVERYWHERE. I understand that building new apartments where bugs and other animals used to be would cause this issue however so I know it's not the fault of management, just sucks when you're trying to move out and you have them crawling from behind pictures and in your box springs while trying to make sure they don't follow you to your next residence. Another issue would be a personal one. In my apartment there was a leak from the apartment above mine and into my bathroom walls. I immediately alerted the maintenance workers and staff, however all they really did to "fix" it was have the go to the apartment upstairs and stop where the leak came from then proceed to go into my apartment and paint over the water spot, wick was pretty concerning considering how easy it is for mold to grow in walls, but I digress. And lastly my only other issue was the lack of communication. There's many times I am not home for maintenance requests as I work 12 hour shifts most days so all I get is notifications on my ring doorbell to tell maintenance they can enter my apartment and that I'm not home. As far as what they did to fix anything, or any updates on parts for something I need fixed, as well as any technical issues they may have had with the online portal for paying rent, all those issues were never properly communicated unless you reach out first to ask about updates on anything, which was kind of annoying to have to do repeatedly to make sure something was actually being done. Again, my stay was fine other than that, I enjoyed the apartments and the staff were always friendly. They did their best to keep the outside appearance of the apartment clean as well as offering small perks and get togethers for the residence where they could play games, have free food, even wine and beer for those 21+ and there was always a food truck every couple weeks they invited out to the apartment which was amazing. Just some small things for others before renting.

I have lived in apartments all over the country and this is by far my favorite. Anthony helped my fiance and I move in and he was truly one of the main factors on us choosing this particular complex. He is so kind and helpful and made our move in so smooth. The complex is very quiet and extremely clean. Every single person in the leasing office has been friendly and helpful. The manager, Courtney, is also super sweet. She even came directly to our apartment to take care of our fobs instead of us having to go back and forth to the office. All in all this complex is a 10/10 and I would recommend anyone to choose Avasa Hammock Landing as their home.
