  When we decided to relocate to FL we visited quite a few properties but instantly felt comfortable and at home at Avasa Grove West. The grounds are meticulously care for and there are always activities such as Candle Making & Sip & Paint. The maintenance workers are very polite, in particular, Pedro who responded quickly to my request to hang curtain rods and a small water leak in the kitchen. Great place to live!

  "The maintenance team at Avasa Grove West is excellent. Pedro is particularly great, he's always quick to respond to my requests. He came out to fix my kitchen lights and had it handled in no time. It's a huge relief knowing that any issues will be taken care of promptly and professionally.

  I'm consistently impressed with the professionalism of the maintenance staff, especially Pedro at Avasa Grove West. He recently came to fix a few issues I had and did an amazing job. He clearly knows what he's doing and always leaves the area clean. He's very skilled and gets the job done right the first time. He is the most professional and effective maintenance person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

  I wanted to leave a positive review for Pedro the maintainer guy at Avasa Grove West. He's always so friendly and helpful whenever I see him around the complex. He always goes out of his way to make sure things are taken care of and always has a positive attitude. I truly appreciate his excellent service and friendly demeanor.
