  I am a property manager for another company, and I was shopping comps today. I toured with Maria, and she did a fantastic job. I would have leased with her in a heartbeat. She is a true gem!

  I have had a wonderful experience living at this community! The entire staff provides excellent hospitality and truly goes above and beyond for residence. Work orders are always completed quickly and efficiently, and the team is always professional, friendly, and approachable. The manager is so kind and genuinely cares about the residence, ensuring everyone feels valued and comfortable.. I really appreciate the effort they put into keeping the community well maintained and welcoming.

  If you're lucky enough to live at Avasa at 1604, you already know Lou and Steven are the backbone of this community. Their maintenance work is fast, precise, and always done with a level of care that’s rare to find. Whether it’s a last-minute fix or a scheduled upgrade, they show up with professionalism, respect, and a genuine commitment to keeping the property in top shape. Lou brings calm confidence and clear communication to every interaction, while Steven’s technical skills and attention to detail are second to none. Together, they make residents feel heard, supported, and proud to call Avasa home. Five stars isn’t enough, this team deserves a standing ovation.

  So Google business has this option where you can call them and delete all the reviews of a business and restart. That's what happened here. Don't believe the high 5* rating. Upon first coming to avasa, we were asked to leave a high 5* review. Picture as proof. I had previously saved the older avasa at 1604 Google location. Though the staff is nice at their job, it's the community that is the problem A lot of weed smoking. Don't ever touch the grass. You will step in dog crap since nobody picks up after thier dogs. I've literally watched a dog piss on the stairs while the owner played on her phone. People are constantly speeding even though they have recently put in speed bumps. They don't stop anyone. Good luck finding a parking spot near your building. From a single guy with 3 cars, to people without parking permits or my favorite work vehicles. My building never has empty spots. Even the reserved parking isn't exclusive to you. If you have a family or are military, I'd advise to stay away and keep looking for something better and cheaper.
