  Went in at 10pm for simple oil and oil filter for my car had already known pre prices the guy told me it would take me 15 min to ring me up because of system issues after 10 but it would be faster if I pay cash weird but I told him didn’t have cash then he proceeds to quote me 70 dollars for Mobil oil and oil filter I told him to cancel that I won’t be getting anything and I went and placed a mobile order to another autozone for the same exact items 44 dollars today I called the place from last night and asked for a quote for the same items but a different guy they also quoted me the same 44 don’t know what those employees were quoting me for or trying to charge me last night very weird

  This location is better stocked than most but unfortunately has incompetent staff. Called in about the availability of a part and was put on a 10 minute ‘hold’ before being hung up on. I could hear chatter and laughing on the other end during the call. Called back and was put on another 5 minute hold before being told the part is not in stock. Came in to the store later that day and magically the part was in stock then- ridiculous.

  They don't even deserve a 1 star! Don't bother shopping here they have POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY don't even know how to greet their customers!! Take your business right down the street to the next Auto zone which is located on Van Buren and California they know how to treat their customers and have great customer service or maybe you should have All the employee's from the Arlington store should all get retrained at the Van Buren store on customer service!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE! The store manager should be embarrassed on how this store is being ran!

  Im very disappointed in how this place treats its workers. I had a younger gentleman named Fernando help me put two tail lights and he was happy to help me! THAT is customer service right there! However the manager Juan seems to be the opposite and seeing the way he talked to Fernando before he walked outside to help me really upset me. He really needs to work on his communication skills as well as the store manager Bob/Robert. That dude is an absolute tool as well. I’ve been in here multiple times and Bob would rather sit in the back on his phone rather than help his workers out with the long line that reaches to the door sometimes. I got places to be man. Overall amazing customer service from the younger folks here! The managers tho…I pray for them.

  Friendly customer service. Fast wait times for parts look up. Very helpful staff
