  Store manager Richard T greeted me while I was looking at tire repair options and he immediately looked at the screw in my tire and found the best option for my tire. It was raining and he did NOT hesitate at all coming outside to help me! He was super kind and helpful.

  I had an excellent experience at the Strongsville AutoZone thanks to Rick. I called ahead to check if they had the battery I needed and if installation was available, he confirmed right away. I arrived within five minutes, and Rick had the battery changed out in less than 20 minutes. He was polite, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. I had gone to Advance Auto earlier and had a disappointing experience, so I truly appreciated how smooth and hassle-free Rick made the process. Highly recommend this location, and especially Rick!

  Employees were all in the back laughing, wasn’t able to check out, left what I was getting on counter and went to NAPA Update: went back the next day at 8:15 am and it was a much different experience, lots of employees, I was greeted as I walked in, asked if I needed help, got what I wanted and got out quickly. Will add two more stars and will try them out a few more times and will update my review along the way.
