A lady named Vicky assisted me right away—she was very pleasant and helpful. She called over a gentleman named Mr. Larry, who hooked up the machine to my truck and retrieved the codes causing the error. At first, I didn’t understand what the codes meant, but Vicky took the time to explain everything clearly, and Mr. Larry walked me through which parts I needed. I must have asked over 100 questions, yet neither of them showed any frustration. Instead, they were patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. If more retail stores had employees like Vicky and Mr. Larry, shopping experiences would be so much better. I live in Winter Park, but because of the excellent customer service I received here, I will gladly travel to this location for all of my car needs.
