  Amanda and her team always hooks me up with great deals. Friendly staff. I went in and come out with a whole oil bundle that didn't break my pocket. Thanks so much autozone and Amanda.

  No the friendliest staff. A few are but the manager had a very crabby attitude towards me once when I brought an online order in to be returned. I had done the same thing in Valdosta a few weeks prior but in Lakeland the manager was rude and acted like it was impossible for her to give me a refund without a store receipt. Eventually she looked up my profile and figured it out but it was frustrating. The guy in Valdosta at inner perimeter did that off the rip.

  ** Charlie was very knowledgeable and got the job done! I was needing both blinker bulbs swapped out, at that time I had no blinkers throwing my arm out the window. This girl didn’t hesitate to grab a box of tools and head straight out to the car. She walked me through the steps to remove the old lightbulb and put in the new ones. She knew exactly how to get to the bulb otherwise I would have watched a YouTube video bc this was my sister’s car I wasn’t familiar with. I also had some issues with headlight bulbs and she offered to stay after her shift was over to make sure I was on the road safely after I left my As young as she is she will make the perfect supervisor as she pays attention to the customers needs and I felt like I made a friend after I left. Next time I come to Lakeland I will definitely stop and see if she’s working and how school is going for her. I pray she is blessed with the best job with the best co workers because she deserves it.
