  Went in for an exchange on a defected thermostat and Josh the guy helping me was just straight up rude made me feel as if I was wrong for wanting another thermostat that was still under warranty . Gave me another thermostat after waiting for several minutes for him to come back with another gave it to me did the exchange and just walked away and ignored me .

  I stopped by on a Wednesday late morning. The employees were joyfully working away. I needed a special light for my car. I called first and got a quick confirmation that this little semi complicated light was available and I was given the reasonable price. Prior I had gone to P-Boz and they were charging me $400 (vs $130). Very helpful and professional and they work as efficiently as they are able to in the moment. They also team up to make things go well.
