  Had an issue with my wiper blades and the manager Heiko took the time adjust my blades after I had installed them wrong. Made my day!

  I walked into the store. There was nobody on front counter, a guy came from the back, he was talking on the phone. He did speak. He didn't even acknowledge that I was there. He went back in the back and then came back out again. Still not even acknowledging that there was a customer in the store.I was standing at the counter and he still didn't even offer up to help

  The customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and laid back while keeping a professional atmosphere. Charlotte and the manager (idk his name) keep a bubbly, positive atmosphere while helping address all my cars needs and options available for fix and repair.
