    This location is great! Antoine helped me out, he was able to look up what I needed right away and was knowledgeable and professional. He helped me find the right headlight and taillight and even helped install it for me! I was in and out in 10 minutes with the install!

    I stop by in this AutoZone for make a return and at the register store staff name David(Dave), assisted with my return and my return products are four battery top clamps with different sizes, he told me two is showing on my receipt and others does not showing. He was looking his computer and looks like does not knowing what he was doing. I told him everything on the receipt and showed him. He was arguing with me about didn’t want to take it back. He took two items back total $13 dollars. It’s ridiculous but this should not be happening otherwise total four return is under $30 dollars. It beyond ridiculous but this guy did not want to take the return and lying about it’s not on the receipt. I told him and showed him on the receipt but no way this guy very unprofessional, rude person no customer service skills whatsoever. Some reason he is denying return and doesn’t tell me. I said I will talk to your manager where is him and left the store. Next morning went to store and attempted make other unreturned items the process with same receipt. Surprise surprise magically everything was on the receipt and my $14 item returned without any issues. I talk with store manager Dennis he told me associate told him about it. He explained me he did not hit the one button for return to process. However Mr. Store Manager Dennis he hit the button in first return in same receipt he could do this with in first return and/or second unscheduled attempt isn’t it? Associate David(Dave) was lying to me and lying to you. If you are honest about your story he was at fault and he knew what he doing. I doubt you are honest because you did not want to take responsibility. David(Dave) is liability to your store. You did not trained him properly or he does this with purpose. Either way you are responsible with this unprofessional person David’s unprofessional behavior. Shame on you and him. It should be very easy transaction for under $30 dollars. Ask yourself what was the problem and who to blame? You will find the answer. I don’t recommend this store to anyone please save your time and energy go different company or store. This Bayshore Auto Zone is stingy bad employees working in the store and soon you will find out. Auto Zone District Manager this people works in the store are liability for your company and you might get lawsuit about their unprofessional behavior or actions. July a reminder!..
