There was a harmless mistake and I was sold the wrong type of windshield wipers for my truck. The next day when I went to return them an employee named Sarah was excellent in how she handled the situation. She returned the incorrect ones, made sure to sell me wipers that fit my truck then even came out to my truck to help put them on to make certain they would work for me! Sarah went above and beyond!

I will drive 15 minutes out of my way just to deal with Ken. Amazing customer service at this location.

This store just opened recently and I had bought blinker bulbs last week. The blinker socket was so tight that I could not get it off. I went back yesterday (Tuesday) and went in and talked to Wyatt. I told Wyatt my situation and he offered to come out and check it. Thankfully he was able to get it out and changed the bulb for me. He even waited to make sure it was working. Thank you Wyatt for your help. I greatly appreciated it.

AutoZone opened its doors, and who was there? Me. Probably should’ve cut a ribbon or at least gotten a confetti cannon.
Staff was super cool, store looked brand new (because it literally was), and everything was shiny and organized. If they ever build a museum for this location, I expect a small plaque somewhere that says: “Erik Pfeifer, The Original.”

Someone named Sarah was “helping” my partner and I with a return order, and was being very rude about it. I could tell that she was new and was getting extremely stressed out and so I told her that it’s okay and to just take her time. She rolled her eyes several times and when we were leaving and said to have a good day, she once again rolled her eyes and then glared. I understand that she was trying to learn the system, but her customer service skills are non-existent. I will not be returning to this store for any reason in the future.
