  Came in around 8:30am to return an item — was told no returns until after 10am. Came back at 11, only one person working, then the manager says she doesn’t do returns. Had to wait again. When I finally got helped, I told them I didn’t have my receipt but I’m in their system (like other AutoZones have done for me). Instead of helping, they questioned me and refused to check. No refund, wasted time. I just told them to keep the product and left. Worst service I’ve had at an AutoZone.

  La atención al cliente es terrible si no hablas inglés,el viernes fui a comprar algunos artículos que necesitaba para mi auto y la actitud del joven que me atendió fue despectiva, hablando con desprecio hacia mí que soy el cliente y con un tono humillante al notar que no hablaba un inglés muy correcto, siendo grosero con sus gestos y su actitud pedante desde el inicio, sin razón alguna, es totalmente inapropiado que contraten una persona de atención al cliente que no tiene la actitud ni la disponibilidad de comunicarse de manera asertiva, nunca más vuelvo a comprar en autozone

  The employees were professional and friendly and they had what I was looking for but I had wait in line for a short time to check out.
