  Good prices. Great service! I needed a new battery and even though my old battery housing was pretty corroded and difficult to deal with James helped get the new battery in my car. He was so polite, kind and helpful. Thanks James. Hey AutoZone, give James a raise! ... Or, hey James! Come apply at the Trader Joe's in West Des Moines. We could use a guy like you! Thanks again.

  I had a battery replaced recently and was very pleased with James's work and professalism. When my remote needed to be reprogrammed following the installation, other team members helped with that chore. All in all, I received great service at the Merle Hay AutoZone. Thanks!

  Alden was amazing and worked until he replaced the front bulbs on my Fiat which was horrible to do. Never complained and kept working at it until he accomplished it. Love ALDEN and Auto Zone!!!!
