  My name is Mark and I come pretty often into the store. I usually come in the night time and the night crew is spot on! Kamaile and Dj are always knowledgeable and helpful in what they do. They need a raise or something better! Kamaile who is the night manager is always gives out helpful information about certain parts and where to go to install them. Dj her other co worker is fast when he installs batteries and always willing to help a hand with customers that need help. He also gives out helpful advice on how to take care of the parts and how to install them. I really appreciate these two workers! Recently I came on Monday and they both look tired. Like do they even had a break yet? But even though they are tired they still push on. Those are the people that should be the faces of the company. Hard working kids that keep pushing on. The crazy part is that it’s only 2 of them in there at night and they keep things under control big time!

  I’m a regular at the salt lake autozone. I always see the same two workers Kamaile and Dj. They are so kind, professional and knowledgeable. Some nights their lines get so bad but they keep it flowing. They know how to do their job right. I’m not giving them the 1 star review. The night crew is awesome and they need a raise. I’m giving the 1 star review for their management and their day crew people. When I go during the day, it’s so unorganized, hectic and sometimes one of the bosses yelling and making fun of their workers. Sydette helped me one time and she was awful. She gave me attitude and the vibe that she didn’t want to help me at all. She’s so unprofessional and you call her a manager? It’s crazy that in this society managers that are unprofessional and can’t do their job right gets away with things. Then another time, Reina helped me with changing the battery but she broke my fuse! How can you trust workers that can’t even do it right?! Tell me why unnecessary people get hired and they can’t do their own job correctly! That how poor your management is! People like that manager Sydette and Reina shouldn’t be working at autozone if they can properly do their job. But my question is that if upper management is going to do anything about it or are they just going to keep getting away with their laziness and unprofessional behavior. This is why now I only go at night where Kamaile and Dj can do me right! I think they are hiring the wrong people and they should fire the people that don’t belong there. I am being straight honest I told both of them they should quit. I gave them some jobs that I can help them get into already. They need and deserve better! The people in the day that work there should shape up before they might be losing their night crew!! And if the night people leave then good for them they deserve so much more.
