Unprofessional staff. My husband went here to get a new battery and usually the staff is very helpful with installing a new battery. My husband explained that every-time he turns his car off he wouldn’t be able to turn it back on. The staff replied “it is too cold outside , so we can’t do it”. Luckily, he was able to make it to another AutoZone and they were helpful and installed the battery.

I went by there to get a lightbulb and the staff there was extremely helpful not only did they go out to double check to see if I needed it but they replace the bulb for me. Every time I’ve gone in there they’ve been extremely helpful.

I had come in before to have them check and reset my check engine light. This time, not only was I received with Cole stares on walking thru the door, the other person behind the counter handed me the thing to do it and told me to do it myself... because obviously I know what I'm doing if I'm coming to AutoZone for it...

Discovered this particular store (#100 2200 Roswell Rd.) a few weeks ago. Was using a different chain as it was close. I ended up at Autozone because I was doing other things in the area. I am beyond impressed by these folks. I've been there three or four times...different personnel each time. Every person I interacted with was friendly and more than willing to help. Also impressive is that most were very knowledgeable and willing to ask other staff if they couldn't answer a question. The other places I had been shopping were completely hit or miss, but mostly miss. I will drive the extra miles to come here when I need automotive supplies.

This review is not necessarily specific to this location but the corporation – see review as to why. I have been to this location several times but my last visit did not meet expectations. Recently, I went in to buy a specific Peak antifreeze for my 06 Lotus Elise and while they had Peak products there, they did not have the specific one I needed. After looking online, I needed an antifreeze with OTC and they had a peak product of different color that matched the specs of what I needed but not the color. I bought the antifreeze, went to my car, did another search and the new guidance I found said not to mix difference colors and doing so could cause jelling of the liquid and coolant system and I decided not to risk it. I went right back with the receipt to return it. Apparently, the Auto Zone “system” REQUIRES the client to provide a phone number irrespective of a receipt. I supposed I could have given a fake number but the manager did not suggest that and it’s the principle that companies feel entitled to your nonpublic information, putting you at more risk of ID theft and this event is even more frustrating because I had the receipt that they provided literally minutes earlier. I did not need a phone number to buy the product so why the heck do they need one to return IF I HAVE THE RECEIPT. AutoZone just lost a costumer.
