This place sucks they’re rude and very unprofessional. The staff argue with each other back-and-forth in front of customers. When you call they pick up say please hold then put you on hold right away.

Worst experience ever as a customer.
Mistreated like never before in my life.
I have an Acura MDX my alternator died right at the parking lot, go inside to ask if they could help testing my battery and this guy behind the counter offered to help me, and I ask if its free or do I need to pay anything, he tells me $50 cash to replace it which I give it to him, as a European that dont understand how the shops work around here, and comes to proceed the replacement after he got the cash.
He Did it so tight that damaged the new battery and the old battery he took it from me and it was a Acura one.
Robbed me twice.
And then I go to proceed with the car to change the alternator my mechanic heard the story opened my eyes that actually smth like that happened and told me to go ask for my battery back and give the new one back,
I get there they tell me no return u have damaged it, and I called out the guy that replaced it and told him it was him who damaged it, and they were told by they GM to return the battery and give me back my old one.
Imma say one positive thing, autozone products are great just the staff has a horrible attitude and trynna rob people.

I had such a great experience at AutoZone today! I accidentally locked my keys inside my car, and Raul Mendez went above and beyond to help me out. He was patient, professional, and kind the entire time. Thanks to his quick thinking and willingness to assist, I was able to get back into my car without stress. It’s rare to come across customer service like this, and I truly appreciate Raul’s help. Thank you, AutoZone, for having such a dedicated employee
