Sam at AutoZone came to our rescue. He went Above and Beyond to get us what we needed, and to make sure everything was installed correctly. We were able to continue to the Skyline Drive and enjoy our weekend. Thank you, Sam! Your kindness and help were very much appreciated!

The part was coming from town 2 hours away. when I called to check on it was still not in and staff did not know when it would arrive but would call me. I never received a call. the next day I called multiple times with same conclusion. My sister who lives there called and was told the same thing but the mand said he would look into it and return our call. I called back later and the man she had talked to said he did try to call back but that the store they get supplies from did not have the part in stock and his store was not told of this. I called another auto store (O'Reillys) who had the part on hand and held it for me so I could pick it up.
