  Price gauging here. Purchased 2 air freshners showing a price of 9.49, they charged me 10.49 for each The price is never what is advertised, they add an additional dollar to each item purchased and it is not the sales tax. That's included at the end. Check your reciept.

  I recently bought a car battery from AutoZone. A very nice employee installed it for me, and everything seemed fine at first. However, about a week later, the battery became disconnected while I was driving down the turnpike. I later found out the battery hadn’t been tightened down properly. When I went back to AutoZone, I was told that “sometimes this happens with older cars.” My car is a 2023, so that explanation didn’t make sense. I was also told there was nothing they could do. Because of the safety concern, I took my car to the dealership for a second opinion — and learned that AutoZone had sold me the wrong battery for my vehicle. It’s shocking that something like this could happen. Having your car completely shut off on the turnpike due to an incorrect battery installation is a serious safety hazard — not only for me, but for everyone on the road. If the staff cannot properly look up and install the correct battery, they should not be performing installations at all.

  Ahora ya no quieren ni cambiar una batería de una llave y ellos piensan que te están haciendo un favor te hablan de mala manera ojalá entiendas que hay más de una forma de comprar una batería más económica y que uno paga más por el servicio después se quejan que la modernización quita trabajos !
