  I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. When I walked in, I asked two employees for assistance. One mentioned he was busy, which I understood. However, the other remained seated and only pointed in the direction of what I needed instead of helping me find it. Where i got pointed to looking for was very disorganized and there was a big mess on the floor.If I wanted to look for the item on my own, I wouldn’t have asked for help. I was extremely frustrated and decided to drive to another AutoZone, where I received assistance within a minute with no issues.

  Got a new key fob a week later my security system figured i was stealing my own car. I went to autozone and this man trey helped me tremendously ... I said hey i dont know anything about cars but i want the sound to stop im waking up the entire neighborhood ... trey helped me , play around with the fuses and even helped me locate the horns on my car to cut the wires which we can splice back together... I just want to say thank you so much for the great customer service , and will be a loyal return customer to this specific store on st francis !

  The staff doesn't know what a engine relay is when presented with one, and even when provided a part number (20382) from the autozone website, said they "wouldn't carry something like that." I ordered what I needed from Autozone in ABQ instead of wasting my time arguing.
