  Came here to check my battery and found out it was dead. Thank goodness it wasnt the alternator. Luis not only gave me some tips on other things to help my truck, but came out and changedthe battery for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you Luis!

  Last night, the store manager Bryan assisted me in changing out my headlight on my car. I went to numerous of stores and fought that headlight out for hours before getting help from him. He is a great asset to the company and they should definitely keep him around! Edith

  I bought a Dahmer premium engine from Auto Zone on 6/12/2025 that was very expensive . The engine had a 5 year parts and LABOR warranty. The engine went out/ bad within 6 weeks of purchase. Dahmer approved the engine replacement and the work was completed on September 5. As of October 22 Auto zone has not paid for the labor part of the repair. I have been out thousands of dollars that I had to pay to the repair shop. . A couple weeks ago a local manager Todd offered me a $1000 in store credit instead of paying for the thousands in labor I had to pay when the engine went bad shortly after purchase. Today, Rayco Hill a District Manager lowered the offer to $850 check instead of paying for the labor on the approved claim. As a customer. I am very disappointed that Auto Zone will not honor the labor part of the 5 year parts and labor warranty. As a customer I have been out thousands dollars for the labor on the claim for 7 plus weeks now. I am also worried that if this happens again in the 5 year term of the warranty that Auto zone will treat me even worse and not honor their 5 year parts and labor warranty. I have had numerous phone calls with managers over the last two months trying to get Auto Zone to honor their warranty and so far have not been paid one dollar our of the thousands I spend on labor.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service from Mr. Brian! This past July (yes, I know I’m late with this review!), Mr. Brian at AutoZone went above and beyond to help me and my family. My car battery died, and I was literally coasting down the road — he was just about to get off work, but instead of leaving, he stopped and helped us. He took the time to make sure my battery was properly installed and got me back on the road safely. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and treated me like his own daughter. That kind of kindness and professionalism is rare these days! I truly appreciated his help and will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know. If you ever need help at AutoZone, Mr. Brian is the guy to see!
