    Thank you Vladimir for your kind customer service. I came for transmission fluid, he checked the dip stick and it was bone dry and he filled it up for me. I couldn’t have done it by myself. I’m so thankful. I truly appreciate you and I hope you see this! 🙏🏽

    Jordan Elliott went above and beyond in getting my car serviced. He ran a test on my battery. The test determined my battery was bad. Jordan found me a certified mechanic to replace my battery on spot. I am back up and running thanks to Jordan's outstanding customer service.

    This is why you should not shop at this Autozone location. I ordered a car club from them to get delivered to me same day. As of 10/12/2025 from 6:30pm to 8:03 as I’m writing this review. I have an account with Autozone and my address is on the account. This store is literally 7 minutes away from me ( Morgan metro blvd area, Commanders stadium) Why was the delivery driver sent to PG Mall area. Make that make sense. Then I called both parties, the delivery driver told me the STORE gave him the wrong address. I called the store twice and was told it was not their problem!!!!!! How is it not when my account and order clearly shows my correct address and the driver was sent 22 minutes away from me? I need a full refund for the stress this caused me.
