My daughter got to the store along with my ex-wife and the older gentleman was abrasive, rude and made it known he was unhappy about installing the battery. I was on speakerphone as my daughter was getting overwhelmed. With the way he was talking to her. he was Kurt, and when I reaffirmed, I wanted the battery installed whether his recommendation was a new battery or not he hung up the phone on me. Abhorrent and completely unacceptable for a man to talk to a teenage girl and a single mom in that way, let alone as customers. After 2 extra trips, we were able to figure out what I was doing wrong. We got the right bulbs. They had lots of patience and dealt with my terrible frustrated attitude like this understood and deal with it everyday. Experts and I wont question them again
