    This is my near and usual autozone location so On the night of sept 7th @8:30pm i come in to this place in the need of help with my car battery . i needed to get my battery tested & i was looking up to buy a new one as i am waiting in line the employee behind the counter tells me,WHAT DO YOU NEED? As im trying to explain he speaks over me and says in a very rude,hostile and careless tone that HE WAS NOT GOIN TO HELP ME WITH ANYTHING THAT REQUIRED HIM TO WALK OUTSIDE ,NOT EVEN FOR A QUICK CHECK ON YOUR CAR ,NO ,HE SAYS. HE COMPLETELY REFUSED TO DO HIS JOB and said that if i wanted to i can buy the battery and place it on myself but either way he was not goin outside to help me with anyting . i had to ask for a jump start to a good samaritan ohtside of autozone because this person decided to say no. Im not doing my jib even dho i am gettin pay for it :( This guy was in there being rude and disrespecting everybody that walk in that store asking customer to go find their own stuff ,saying if you dont know what you need i cant help you! 🧐😒🚩 not really giving out the customer service help that AUTOZONE offer to its customers making ppl feel with other choice than go somewhere else,thanks to This AUTOZONE employee lack of effort IN CUSTOMER SERVICE . This HAD NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE! THIS GUY WAS OuT OF LINE! THIS SITUATION NEEDS TO BE CALL TO FRANCHAISES ATTENTION THIS PLACE IS LOSSING BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HIM! NOTE THAT! I WENT SOMEHWERE ELSE OBVIOUSLY THANKS TO HIM I PAID $192 FOR MY NEW CAR BATTERY AT O'RILEY where i actually did got the help and customer service i needed from a autopart place! 🤷
